Warranty, Security & Privacy Statement
WARRANTY
Warranties against defects in materials and/or workmanship will be honored for a period of 35 days from date of shipment (30 days from date of receipt). This warranty does not extend to items that are damaged through abuse or misuse as determined by BrightVisions. We will replace all items deemed (by us) to be defective if received during the warranty period stated above. Please inspect your package upon arrival and notify the shipping agent immediately if the package contents exhibit damage. Please also notify us so that we can work with the shipper to minimze/eliminate future problems.

RETURNS
You may return defective item(s) by simply sending it/them to the address below within 30 days of receipt of the product (35 days from the day we ship it). Returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice as well as an email address so that we can contact you upon receipt of the item(s). Address, etc. should also be included if different from the return address.

Store Credit for Non-warranty Returns
BrightVisions will issue a store credit (valid for 6 months from issue date) for items received that are non-warranty returns. Such items are those that, for whatever reason, you either do not want or are not otherwise satisfied with (please state reason when returning).

SECURITY:
Every online transaction you make will be 100% safe. This means you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your card as a result of shopping at our online store. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act (USA), your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

PRIVACY:
BrightVisions does not (and never will) sell or make available it's customer list to any third party vendor(s) or other non-BrightVisions entity. We may, however, "with your permission" release your email address to BrightVisions subsidiaries in the event that we ever have a subsidiary.
